I can’t believe the week flew by as quickly as it did! Keeping up with the tradition of introductions, it’s time for me to introduce my boyfriend Austin. You guys will be seeing a lot of him so here are some fun facts about us and our journey together:
1. How did we meet?
We actually met at work on my first day, crazy right? He was one of a group of people that I met so I didn’t think much of it. I made him take a selfie with me because he was so quiet. Fast forward to almost a year later and he asks me out on a date.
2. Where was our first date?
We went to a fun Mexican restaurant named Máiz. He picked me up and was such a gentleman. Our date lasted almost 4 hours because we just kept talking about any and everything. Mind you this was a random Tuesday night so we were both exhausted the next day.
3. What’s his favorite food?
Any kind of sandwich or sub. He could eat them all day everyday if I let him. Me on the other hand, could go a year and not even miss it!
4. How long have we been together?
We started dating on July 8th 2017 so we’ve been together almost 2 & 1/2 years!
5. Where was our first official vacay?
Vegas! We went closer to our 1 year anniversary last year and it was so much fun. It was about 110 degrees daily but it was so worth it. What happened in Vegas definitely stayed there guys!
6. What’s his worst habit?
Nail biting! I usually have my nails done so I have 0 desire to bite my nails. Austin on the other hand would bite his nails to the cuticle if he had the chance.
7. What’s his favorite hobby?
Video games, all day every day. What guy can’t resist hours of video gaming with friends online? Let’s also add being a car enthusiast and knowing everything about every car ever made. It’s pretty impressive actually haha
8. What do I love about him?
He makes me feel safe and happy. I can be myself with him and not have to worry about what he will think. I can share everything under the sun with him and still feel comfy. Also, we have sooo much fun together. There’s so many inside jokes where we can just look at each other and start dying laughing. It’s unexplainable honestly.
